Misty Forest, Siskiyou County

Photography conditions were pretty darn challenging the wet, overcast Christmas weekend I spent in Mount Shasta, so instead of photographing wide angle vistas with blown out white skies, I concentrated instead on smaller, intimate scenes with my telephoto, like this composition of trees in Castle Crags State Park on a foggy afternoon.
