Pardee Reservoir Overlook
A hike up to the Pardee Reservoir overlook in Calaveras County was rewarded with this springtime view of green grass, wildflowers, verdant oak trees and calm, blue water. Instead of getting the whole tree in the frame, I tried crouching down low to give a view from under it’s protective canopy- a bright, colorful image that is not everyone’s cup of tea, but I shoot these scenes specifically for healthcare environments to convey a sense of bright optimism and Mother Nature’s protection.
