Capitol Park Flowering Dogwood 2
The flowering dogwoods surrounding the Capitol building are just gorgeous this spring; I brought the telephoto with me and photographed them very early in the morning before work when they were still in shade, before the sun rose and blew the exposure.
I can envision this scene on a backlit hospital room ceiling; when you’re laying on your back getting radiation or another procedure, and you’re looking at the ceiling for an extended period of time, it’s beneficial to have a soothing image of nature as a positive distraction.
