Mesquite Sand Dune Ripple Abstract 1

The first camping trip of 2022 in the vast rugged wilderness of beautiful Death Valley spent with many photographer friends old and new. We spent one evening at Mesquite Sand Dunes watching the low angle of evening light illuminate the distinct sand ripples using my telephoto to capture a series of abstracts.
