"A Natural Harmony" at Arthouse on R

Arthouse is a unique art gallery space in midtown Sacramento and I'm pleased to have a joint exhibition with nationally acclaimed plein-art painter, Kathleen Dunphy.

The images included in “A Natural Harmony” exhibit seek to look beyond the grand landscape to convey magical moments of ephemeral light and the tiniest details of natural repetition that could easily be overlooked, whether it’s the capture of sensual curves and reflected colors of the dynamic forms of water, rock and sand, or thoughtful observations of the beautiful wild plants and flowers at our feet. A lens of deep empathy and inspiration compel me to seek out and capture beauty and order with a tremendous sense of gratitude for the natural world in my heart.

Opening reception at Arthouse on R on April 8th, 2023, 4PM - 7PM PST

"Essential Elements: Earth, Water, Wind, and Fire" at Viewpoint Photographic Art Center

This year, those four essential elements will serve as the theme for Sacramento's annual Open Juried Exhibit celebrating Photography Month in April, and I'm pleased to have my image, "Aerial View of Firefall Phenomenon, 2022" included in this group exhibit.

Opening reception at Viewpoint Photographic Art Center on April 8th, 2023, 4PM - 7PM PST.
